All Saints' Episcopal School, Fort Worth, Texas, USA

Picture of Kimberly MooreI have been a Librarian with All Saints' Episcopal School in Fort Worth for 20 years and in the classroom 9 years teaching a required Digital Literacy course. My students build an ePortfolio on a topic of their choice filling it with online research while creating new products. Along this journey, students learn about online privacy and Internet safety, website evaluation, news literacy, and database research.  I also teach a 3D Design elective course.

As a Faculty Adjunct in Information Science at University of North Texas the last 12 years, I also hope to impact future Librarians' skill set to harness the power of the Internet to improve future library services and classrooms. I teach Digital Youth, Library Buildings and Spaces, Online Content for Youth Services, and Literature for Young Adults. My areas of expertise include digital youth, digital tools for education, and information-seeking habits of youth.

I have presented at ALA, ISTE, TCEA, Internet Librarian, Internet Librarian International, and KIPA (Knowledge and Information Professional Association) conferences.
