Susan has spent the last nine years in fully online libraries and has been managing instruction and information literacy initiatives since 2015.   She earned an M.A. in Medieval Studies at the University of Connecticut and an M.S. in Information at the University of Michigan. Her library life includes work as assistant curator of a rare book collection, and researcher of foundations and corporations in nonprofit development.
